For large documentation needs
Going over your plan: $25 buys one more full-length report. Notes and chat past your monthly credits are 3¢ a credit. Both are off until you turn extras on in My Billing. Extras stop at your plan price, so a heavy month can at most double — and a started report always finishes. Going over most months? The next plan up is cheaper.
Report estimates assume 15–20 pages of uploaded source material per report — full protocols, records, or interview transcripts (roughly 20 pages an hour of talk) use more.
Report and credit figures are estimates — real usage varies widely from clinician to clinician with report length, template and uploads. Your plan's page caps and credit totals are the firm numbers.

Is my clients' data safe?
Your data is stored in Canada (ca-central-1) and can be processed in Canada end-to-end. Identifying details are removed before any AI model sees your text — and you review and confirm the redactions yourself. Your clients' data is never used to train any model and is never sold. Security basics: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access.
Will the report sound like me?
Yes — give Soma one of your past reports and it matches your sentence structure, vocabulary, and phrasing. The draft needs far less editing to sound like you, and you review every line and sign before anything is final.
What if a report is very long?
Reports run up to your plan's page cap — 10, 25, 40, or 60 pages depending on plan — and a long report still counts as one report. Uploaded files can be up to 500 pages. Revisions, reprompts, and edits never count as a new report.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
Yes — a credit card is required to start the 10-day free trial. You can cancel any time inside the 10 days. The trial runs a real assessment, not a demo.
