For the longest, most document-heavy assessments
Credit usage varies a lot from clinician to clinician — depending on how much you upload, how long your reports are, and how many you write. We are adjusting credit usage as we study how clinicians actually work, and we are committed to finding the best balance of usage in the product for our customers.
Going over your plan: Extras are off until you turn them on in My Billing. When they are on, a report past your monthly credits is billed as one more report, and notes and chat are billed per credit. Extras stop at your plan price, so a heavy month can at most double — and a started report always finishes. Going over most months? The next plan up works out cheaper.
Report counts are a range because reading your uploads is most of the work. A light case might be 20 pages in; a full battery is closer to 36 documents and 184 pages. The low end of each range assumes a full battery, the high end a light case.
Report and credit figures are estimates — real usage varies widely from clinician to clinician with report length, template and uploads. Your plan's page caps and credit totals are the firm numbers.

Is my clients' data safe?
Your data is stored at rest in Canada (ca-central-1) and AI drafting can be kept in Canada end-to-end. Identifying details are removed before any AI model sees your text — and you review and confirm the redactions yourself. Your clients' data is never used to train any model and is never sold. Security basics: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access.
Will the report sound like me?
Yes — give Soma one of your past reports and it matches your sentence structure, vocabulary, and phrasing. The draft needs far less editing to sound like you, and you review every line and sign before anything is final.
What if a report is very long?
Reports run up to your plan's page cap — the plan cards above show the limit for each — and a long report still counts as one report. Uploaded files can be up to 500 pages. Revisions, reprompts, and edits never count as a new report.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
Yes — a credit card is required to start the 10-day free trial. You can cancel any time inside the 10 days. The trial runs a real assessment, not a demo.
What's in the example case?
