At Soma Health Solutions Inc., we are committed to helping mental health journeys. We are a for-purpose company devoted to those who give and receive mental health care. Our values reflect our deep commitment to improving lives through technology that supports mental wellness with dignity, safety, and clarity.
OUR COMMITMENT TO MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
We are building tools that eliminate non-value-adding tasks in the professional workflow—so that mental health professionals can focus more fully on care. Our software is designed to:
- Reduce cognitive load by automating administrative functions;
- Draft clinical notes, transcribe sessions, and provide support on insights in client progress;
- Facilitate deeper therapeutic relationships by empowering professionals with better, faster communication to their clients.
We do this while always keeping the clinician in control and ensuring all outputs are subject to professional review. Data use is de-identified, with opt-in only settings for product improvement.
OUR COMMITMENT TO MENTAL HEALTH CLIENTS
We believe clients deserve a digital space that is psychologically safe, respectful of their privacy, and emotionally empowering. Soma is designed not to diagnose or judge, but to support the human process of healing and growth. Through our mobile app, clients can:
- Enter data that is completely anonymously;
- Provide explicit consent on optional features that default to off
- Provide consent to your provider requests per request
- Experience the wellness benefit of journalling;

We are committed to protecting client anonymity and upholding full transparency in how data is used, with all personal data fully anonymous. Data use is minimal, with opt in only settings for anonymous personal content.
